The following merchandise if opened or used is non-returnable and not sold on a trial basis:

• Home Appliances
• Air Conditioners
• TV's 32" or Larger
• Mattresses
• Special Orders

All other Merchandise Must Meet the Following Conditions For Exchange, Store Credit or Refund:

• Return Merchandise to store within 20 days of purchase
• Merchandise must be in new condition, in original carton with UPC code and all packaging, accessories & manuals.
• Merchandise must be returned with the original sales receipt.
• Authorized refunds of payments made by cash, check or debit card are paid by check through our controller's office.

Please allow approximately 14 business days for processing.

• Authorized credit card refunds will be applied to the original credit card used for purchase.
