First Year Factory Warranty:

If your purchase is covered by the first year factory warranty and you need service, you may call the factory warranty phone number in your owner’s manual or call Queen City at 704-391-6000 and enter "5" for Customer Service. We will contact a Factory Authorized Service provider for you.

If You Purchased an Extended Warranty and you are beyond the Factory Warranty:

If your product was delivered before October 31 2009, please call Queen City for service at 704-391- 6000 and enter "5" for Customer Service. We are here Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. If calling after hours, please leave a message and we will return your call the next business day.

If You Purchased an Extended Warranty for your product and it was delivered after November 1 2009, Please call 800-723-1129 or 888-446-8008 for Extended Warranty service.

Queen City Audio Video Appliances repairs are always done by Authorized Service Companies.
