The iconic EB 333
The EB 333 is a testament to the Gaggenau Difference and has been predominately hand-built for nearly 40 years transforming kitchens with its enduring avant-garde design making it a favorite among home chefs. This iconic oven offers complete cooking control to change the heating method and/or temperature via the control knobs without ever disturbing the cooking process. The single door cantilevers to easily open and gently close with five layers of glass offering a clear view into the oven yet remaining cool to the touch. It offers 17 cooking modes with automatic programs which can be modified and are easily accessible through the TFT touch screen display. Proof dough, bake bread, brown meat or self-clean, all within one oven. The rotisserie accessory ensures even browning and use the core temperature probe to ensure dishes are cooked or baked to temperature receiving accurate temperature readings within one degree. Using the probe also provides a real time estimate of the cooking duration throughout the cooking process.
By adding the terra cotta baking stone, featuring an additional heating element activated from the control panel, the home chef can achieve brick-oven results for your next pizza or loaf of bread. The Home Connect app offers easy connection and remote control on your smartphone.
Combi-Steam Oven
The 400 Series Combi-steam oven encourages mastering steaming, and also braising, baking, browning, broiling, gratinating, sous-vide cooking within 1° temperature control, and juice extracting. This versatile oven’s five humidity levels allows for gentle cooking and temperatures up to 450° F providing ultimate control. Home Connect integration allows personalized interactions with the appliance and ability to remotely connect and control the oven. Included automatic chef assistant programs offer step-by-step process for cooking everything from fish and vegetables to proofing bread dough. Unique to Gaggenau, users can modify existing programs to their needs and create up to 50 custom recipes. It is the only fully automatic self-cleaning residential combi-steam oven, only steam-oven with a broil element under glass and only combi-steam oven on the market with a fixed water connection and drain. Available in 24” and 30” widths.
200 and 400 Series Ovens
The 400 Series oven design is timeless featuring cooking control with 17 heating methods which can be changed instantly via the control knobs without disturbing the cooking process as well as used with the rotisserie accessory. A heated catalyzer filters grease and odors from the air. Four layers of clear glass keep the door cool to the touch while warm lighting also renders true colors of the food. Gaggenau’s unique enamel, used on both the interior and exterior of the ovens, adds durability and efficiency extending the oven’s lifespan. The door has 180° swing and the oven is available in 24” and 30” widths. It can be mounted proud or flush (within certain specifications) to cabinets. Storage, warming and vacuuming drawers are also available to add flexibility to any design. The terra cotta baking stone can also be used with this series of ovens.
The 200 series oven can be mounted flush with stainless steel handles for easy opening. It features distinctive stainless steel knobs and universal heating systems controlling up to 13 heating methods. Add warming drawer to warm dinner plates or cups or use for defrosting.
Home Connect allows both 200 and 400 Series ovens to be controlled and monitored remotely from a smartphone.
The Gaggenau Difference
Gaggenau oven operation is different from any other manufacturer — the left knob activates the heating mode and the right knob controls the intensity. Unique to Gaggenau, there’s no need to stop a cooking program or open the oven to see how food is progressing, easily view meals through the panoramic door window and if needed, change the heat source or temperature by simply turning the knob. This helps to achieve precise cooking every time.
