FAQs About Queen City's Warehouse
You can do this in one of two ways:
- In‑store: Work directly with a Product Specialist to place your order and schedule pickup.
- Online:Â After placing order online, an ecommerce specialist will contact you to review your order, confirm availability, complete paperwork, and assist with scheduling your pickup time.
Pickup services are available Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. When you arrive, please bring proper identification, including a valid driver’s license and the credit card used for the purchase, to ensure a smooth and efficient pickup.
To pick-up your order, head on over to loading dock 6 or 7. If you have trouble locating these docks, there is always staff on site to help guide you to the right dock.

Unfortunately, no, our warehouse is used to stock inventory and provide convenient pickup services. Each location keeps items stocked locally in their warehouse for same-day deliveries. To browse our inventory you can either explore our "Take Home Today" icons throughout our online shopping experience or find a local store near you!
The Queen City Homestore warehouse and customer pick-up location in Charlotte, NC allows customers to pick up a wide selection of products purchased in-store or online. This includes major appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens, as well as furniture for the living room, bedroom, and dining room. Customers can also pick up mattresses, TVs, grills, outdoor items, and other home essentials once their order has been processed and prepared for release. The warehouse serves as a central fulfillment hub, meaning nearly all Queen City Homestore purchases can be picked up here once they are ready.

We purchased a refrigerator from Queen City in W-S. J.C. Winkler was our salesman. J.C. was very helpful and didn't pressure us. He answered our questions and explained the different features and types of refrigerators they sell. It was so nice to have someone be willing to help you and not rush you. And Queen City had so much more in stock than the other stores. We are glad Queen City opened a store in W-S.

JC and Queen City were great. We initially ordered a new Bosch refrigerator but once it delivered, we realized it was too tall for the space (my fault). JC was very helpful with getting the unit credited. We were happy to find another fridge from Queen City and JC handled the special order from Viking and kept us apprised with the updates along the way. The fridge was even available earlier than expected and JC was able to push up the delivery. We will definitely work with JC and Queen City in the future.
