Wow, a really great experience. I had ordered a washer from a big box store and there was a small issue with my address. The only way to fix it was canceling the order and start over which would delay delivery 3 weeks. Since I wasn't going to be there then that wouldn't work. In a panic I called Queen City and they delivered the next day! The delivery drivers were knowledgeable and friendly and went out of their way to make sure the washer was connected properly. We understand that some situations require quick delivery of products and other appliances. Queen City always tries to accommodate when there are immediate needs, like refrigerator replacements. Please ask your product specialist if they are able to accommodate your situation. Your product specialist will contact the delivery department to determine availability and the earliest delivery. A small fee may apply.

The logistics team routes the trucks the evening prior to scheduled deliveries. To accommodate same day or next day deliveries, they will look for the team that will be closest to your home and is best qualified to handle your delivery and installation. At that point, they can inform you of an AM or PM delivery window. Queen City's logistics team calls each customer the night before and also sends a text message reminder.

Queen City always tries to accommodate customers that are seeking emergency delivery first, but anyone is eligible to purchase same day or next day delivery services.

Yes, someone 18 years of age or older must be present and sign off on all paperwork.

No, you currently can not place an order and select same day or next day delivery as an option. However, after placing your order online, someone from the Queen City E-commerce Team will call you to verify your order. At that time, you can discuss the option of switching to same day or next day delivery.

Queen City currently does not offer delivery on Sundays, as we allow our teams to rest and enjoy quality time with family.
