Came broken

Bought this freezer brand new, no discount not on sale from Home Depot, had it delivered and it came broken, thermostat and something else is broken. I filled it up didn’t realize the problems it froze everything to -20 degrees, everything has freezer burn and every few hours the alarm button goes off and doesn’t stop. So waking up multiple times in the night to shut it off. One of there repair ppl came out to fix, couldn’t fix it then said he needed to reschedule for a few weeks later and order parts, parts came in and they canceled there schedule service Tech do to personal reasons on there part and they rescheduled for 2 more weeks away. So In the grand scheme of things I paid full price for a product that will be refurbished, and I got freezer burn food and had to go turn off the annoying alarm every few hours for atleast a month. Every time I walk in my house the alarm is going off. Smh horrible product and customer service.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

My standing freezer has a lot of room inside and it keeps everything very frozen. I've had other products from GE and lasted a long time.

Freezer is fine but lock/seal issues.

I already have 1 of these and it works perfectly fine without issue. I ordered a 2nd freezer and didn't notice until a few months later with a ton of ice build up that the door doesn't seal properly and cannot lock. And then to schedule a service it is over a month wait...
